Shri Paresh Shreesh Parasnis

Independent Director

Shri Paresh Shreesh Parasnis has been a member of the Board of Directors since December, 2022. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with over 38 years of rich experience in strategy, board engagement, project management and building & executing robust servicing models.

From August 2012 to March 2021, He was heading the Piramal Foundation, one of India’s leading foundations committed to addressing social issues through high impact solutions, thought leadership and partnerships. Prior to joining the Piramal Foundation, Paresh served as Executive Director & Chief Operating Officer with HDFC Life Insurance Company Limited. During his tenure with HDFC Life (2000-2012) he was a Member of various Board Committees and Chair / Member of Management Committees. He has worked in various senior roles with HDFC Limited (1984-2000) & with Hindustan Lever Limited for two years (1982-84).

He has also been a consultant to the World Bank and the Asian Development Bank. Paresh is the Chairman of the Board of Invesco Asset Management (India) Pvt Ltd and a board member of Kotak Mahindra Investments Limited & CreditAccess Life Insurance Limited. He has earlier served on the board of Kotak Mahindra Life Insurance (2014-2022).

Koen J. Slobbe is the member of the board from March 2024, and brings in his rich experience of leading various companies. He is the CEO & Executive Director of CreditAccess India B.V, the Netherlands based promotor company of CreditAccess Life and CreditAccess Grameen Koota (India). He is also the CEO & executive board member of CreditAccess South East Asia B.V. and the founding Director & Chairman of Cableroad Fiscal Agents B.V.

Shri Koen J Slobbe is a post graduate in Tax Assurance Program at Nyenrode Business University and expert in Tax law with more than 30 years of experience. He has been the Vice President (Tax and Legal) in world Online International and Group Tax Manager in PepsiCo Inc.

Shri Apparao Adivi

Apparao Adivi is a professionally qualified associate actuary with 40 years of experience in life insurance, general/health insurance, unit linked business (investment / insurance), pensions and actuarial consulting.

He has worked mainly in the areas of actuarial valuations, product development and risk management.

Shri Matteo Pusineri

Nominee Director

Shri Matteo Pusineri has been a member of the Board of Directors since January, 2023. An experienced Investment Professional who started with Societe Generale post his Investment Management Program from London Business School. He spent most of his banking career at Morgan Stanley in London. He co-founded BCM & partners an independent asset management company in London that was merged in the C-Quadrat Group in 2012. He has been the chief investment officer and member of the Executive Committee of CQ Asset management in London. He holds directorship in Asia Impact SA, Asia Impact Invest SA and Spark Asia Impact Private Limited.

With overall experience spanning beyond 25 years, his keen Investments aptitude would guide the company from its early stage.

Diwakar Ram Boddupalli

More than 30 years of experience in the financial services sector. Worked with CreditAccess Grameen, SIDBI, ICICI Bank, IFMR Capital Finance, ACCION and Life Insurance Corporation of India. Immediate previous working profile was with CreditAccess India N.V. as Executive Director & CEO.

Smt. P.H. Vijaya Deepti

Independent Director

Smt. P. H. Vijaya Deepti was working with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) for over three decades and contributed in multiple roles, both at the Corporate and Business Unit Level. As part of the Corporate Governance Team, she supported a large number of SBUs in their strategic initiatives and programs.

Smt. Deepti was earlier on the Board of Diligenta which is a Regulated Subsidiary of TCS in UK. As Head of Global Insurance Product Business at TCS, she was responsible for product development and client delivery initiatives globally. Previously, she served as the Head of Global Insurance Delivery with an additional responsibility to grow UK and European Insurance business. Under her leadership, the TCS Insurance unit won a number of strategic large deals, acquired new customers and achieved multi-fold growth.

In Dec 2009, she was conferred the “Leading Businesswoman of The Year” award by Women Leaders in India (WLII) in recognition for her contribution towards growing the insurance business within TCS despite the global economic downturn.

She has been working with many NGOs in areas such as Integrated Forest Management, Education for under-privileged and grooming of leadership talent. She is currently and Independent Director of Tata AIG General Insurance Company Limited and Aster DM Healthcare Limited.
